I called Combat Pest Control this morning because they had great reviews and they are a local family owned business. I expressed my concerns about mice in my house, which I have never had before, and Sara made arrangements to have a technician come by later today.
Morgan Chaloner came by this afternoon and explained everything he would be doing. He set bait traps in locations that mice typically enter your home. He also placed traps where the mice were spotted and told me he would be back in a couple of weeks so the bait traps could do their work. I am very pleased that Combat listened to my concerns and came by promptly. Morgan was very professional, polite and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me a brief lesson on how mice behave and what to expect.
